Every day, 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach, and at night, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. Older people who take honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts, are more alert and flexible. Dr. Milton, says that a 1/2 tablespoon of honey taken in a glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon powder, taken daily after brushing and in the afternoon at about 3:00 P.M. when the vitality of the body starts to decrease, increases the vitality of the body within a week.

I am not sure nor am I a expert. I know millions of dollars are being spent on exercise programs. I know I’ve spent so much money on programs and exercise equipments. I end up not using them. I will either throw or give them away. What a waste! I could be rich with all the money I’ve wasted.
All my life I felt I was overweight and I blame that on my self esteem because of the way our society promotes on how we should look and I believed it. Which now I have known for many years they just had people and computers to make them look that good or bad.
Well this is a new day. Many are finding out that, that we should love ourselves just the way we are. At least me personally am trying to look at myself in the mirror and love myself the way I am. This is a hard adjustment for me, because when I do look in the mirror I look disgusting to myself. Why? Why do I feel that way. Now listen. I really believe that if I can over come this disgust and love me FIRST; then I can do the rest easily.
Just change my eating habits and exercise. What I mean is being prepared for the weeks ahead, know exactly what you are going eat and plan out your exercise routine and stick with it. Even if you mess up one day–then just get back on track the next. It’s my mind-my thinking that I need to read write what is going on in my head.
Well this is how I feel right now.
