Vivian Lewis Updates collects only the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and U.S. mobile number, so Vivian can send the show, event, and promotional updates you request.

What is stored

We keep your contact details, subscription status, signup source, consent timestamp and version, and a one-way hash used to protect the signup form. Delivery providers process the information needed to deliver email or text messages.

Birthday contributions

Friends and family who use Vivian’s birthday invitation can choose to provide their name, a birthday note, and up to five photographs. These contributions are stored privately for the site owner’s birthday collection, are not displayed to other contributors, and are not used for marketing.

Mobile information

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate Vivian Lewis Updates or when legally required.

Your choices

Email recipients can use the unsubscribe link in every newsletter. Text recipients can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Birthday contributors can request deletion of their note and photographs using the contact address below.
